In this submission we give a snapshot of the working conditions in hospo and state how FPAs could improve those conditions across the board.

The following government submission summarises the views of our members and is also reflective of our tikanga and kaupapa of lifting-up unemployed, underemployed, and fully employed hospo workers. In this submission we give extensive recommendations about the IIS and what needs to change to ensure it’s equitable for hospo workers.
